TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. This data is only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it is functioning correctly, and is deleted immediately after processing.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data by the user in the registration forms on this site or by calling any telephone numbers listed on the site, involves the subsequent acquisition of the data provided by the sender, necessary for the provision of the service or information requested.
Anonymous or aggregated data
Anonymisation is processing with the aim of preventing the identification of the data subject. Anonymised data do not fall within the scope of data protection legislation. Aggregated data may derive from personal data provided by the user but are not considered personal data since, as specified, they do not allow either directly or indirectly the identification of the data subject.

COOKIES

Cookies are small text files containing a certain amount of information exchanged between a website and the user’s terminal (usually the browser). They are mainly used for the purpose of making websites work and operate more efficiently, as well as for the purpose of providing information to the owners of the website itself. Cookies can be either session or persistent. Session cookies are stored in the terminal for a short period of time and are deleted as soon as the user closes the browser. Their use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site.

Persistent cookies, on the other hand, remain stored in the user’s terminal until a predefined expiry date. They are not directly deleted when the browser is closed, but they allow us to remember the choices made by the user on our site and to collect information about the pages of the site visited by the user, the frequency with which the site is visited and to identify the navigation path of the users, in order to improve the experience on this site.

Cookies, whether session or persistent, can be either First Party cookies or Third Party cookies depending on whether the person who installs the cookies on the user’s terminal is the same manager of the site the user is visiting (we will then speak of First Party cookies) or a different person (we will then speak of Third Party cookies).
